This is the {{hidden archive bottom}} template.
This template is used with {{hidden archive top}} (shortcut {{hat}}), and can be used to close a discussion and discourage further editing without removing it completely from the page.
This template is a generic version of the template used to archive Wikipedia:Deletion review discussions.
The entire active content of this template is actually just '|}', the table-end marker. As such, it only works as intended when placed at the very start of a line; if used part-way through a line, it displays those two characters literally and does not terminate the archive box.
