"breaking changes"
In the context of this notice, "breaking changes" are any changes to a template that change how it is used, for example adding, removing, or renaming any required parameters, or changing the required format of the input to a required parameter.
For notice templates, rewordings of the template's contents that change the tone or central message of the template are also considered a breaking change.
